1. Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1-7 business days.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.
• You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Our estimated delivery timelines are:
• Delhi NCR: 2–3 business days.
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or extreme weather.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS with a Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey via our courier partner's website.
4. Correct Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
